Green Tea Roll Cake

Ingredients:
Sponge Cake |
- 4 Eggs |
- 30g Plain flour |
- 10g Corn flour |
- 60g Sugar |
Cream Filling |
- 1 Tsp. Matcha powder |
- 100ml Thick cream |
- 10g Sugar |
Method:
- Separate egg whites and yolks then put 30g sugar in with yolks and mix well
- Sift plain flour and corn flour into mixture
- In a different bowl gradually add 30g sugar into egg whites and mix well
- Put all mixtures together and mix well
- Place into a rectangular tray and put in the preheated oven at 180c for 10 minutes
- Spread the Matcha whipped cream onto the rectangular sponge and roll
- Cut the cake and ready to serve
Notes:
Please leave the cake in fridge for 1hour before you cut and serve.
