Buckwheat tea (Soba Cha) made from roasted buckwheat kernels. It has a wheaty aroma, subtly nutty flavour with a smooth texture. Just add two small teaspoons to a cup of boiling water 250ml and leave for 3-4 minutes 100° before drinking.
The Soba Cha is free from caffeine and gluten but rich in protein, vitamin and minerals.
